Tsubota, 20, reportedly hurt her jaw when she crashed while attempting a 900 (two and a half spins) on the final jump on the course. Salford have so far clawed back just two of the six points they were docked for breaching the salary cap but vice-captain Michael Dobson says they remain confident they can climb out of the bottom four at the expense of Widnes, who are in freefall after losing their last seven matches. That makes them very dangerous, Dobson said. It makes it a must-win for them and for us every game is a must-win if we want to get into the eight. Were only six points off eighth spot and thats Widnes so, if we can knock them off this week, its down to four so its not out of the equation. Michael Dobson and Joe Mellor say theyre expecting an entertaining game when Salford take on Widnes in the first game of Magic Weekend Widnes are boosted by the return of skipper Kevin Brown, a Magic Weekend ever-present who scored a hat-trick of tries in last years win over the Red Devils at St James Park and has missed the last three games with an ankle injury. MINNEAPOLIS -- For the third straight off-season, Adrian Peterson will be recovering from surgery. Mack Hollins Eagles Jersey . The Minnesota Vikings said their star running back had an operation Thursday to repair his adductor muscle, which is part of the groin. The team said Peterson was expected to be fully recovered in about six weeks, giving him plenty of time to heal before off-season workouts get going. The procedure was performed by Dr. William Meyers at the Vincera Institute in Philadelphia. Peterson rushed for 1,266 yards in 14 games, missing two in December due to a sprained right foot. The groin problem was lingering long before that, though, sapping him of some of his explosiveness. He acknowledged after a loss at Seattle Nov. 17 that the injury was bothering him "a lot." Peterson gained only 65 yards on 21 carries that afternoon, albeit against the leagues best defence. He still managed, two weeks later, to rush for 211 yards against Chicago, the fourth-highest total of his career. But then came the sprained foot in the snow Dec. 8 at Baltimore, and he played only once more, and not at full speed. He tallied 45 yards on 11 attempts at Cincinnati on Dec. 22 and said afterward he felt uncomfortable, a rare admission for one of the sports most confident and determined players. Keeping him off the field is always hard. "Thats just not my mentality, leaving these guys out to dry, just because, what the heck, my passion for the game," Peterson said last month. "I love the game too much to sit out just because. If Im out, youre going to know that he cant go." Peterson is 27th on the all-time rushing list, second only behind Steven Jackson among active players, and he has often stated his goal of someday passing Emmitt Smith for first place in history. Peterson will be 29 before the 2014 season starts, though, which means he is already in the later part of his prime. His punishing running style and the nature of playing such a taxing position will make it difficult, even for him, to keep the pace. This was Petersons third, though least invasive, surgery in the last 25 months. He had anterior cruciate and medial collateral ligament reconstruction in his left knee in December 2011. Then, after rushing for 2,097 yards and winning the NFL MVP award, Peterson had a procedure done in February 2013 to repair a sports hernia in his abdomen. Meyers performed that surgery, too. Rasul Douglas Womens Jersey . -- During Kansas shootaround on Wednesday before the Jayhawks faced Oklahoma, coach Bill Self told Wayne Selden Jr. Sidney Jones Eagles Jersey . Thomas, the NFLs leader with 12 touchdown catches this season, was a limited practice participant for a second straight day on Friday. The playmaking tight end was also termed questionable heading into this past Sundays contest against Miami but was inactive. Denver, which owns a one-game edge on the Chiefs for first place in the division, is also uncertain about the availability of top cornerback Aqib Talib, who exited the Miami game with a hamstring injury. Donnel Pumphrey Womens Jersey. Talib practiced some on Friday after sitting out the previous two days and is also termed questionable on the final injury report. Linebacker Brandon Marshall, the Broncos leading tackler, is expected to play after passing the NFL protocol for a concussion he sustained against the Dolphins. TORONTO -- Bullying is often associated with children, but former Toronto Argonauts star Mike (Pinball) Clemons isnt surprised that a burly NFL player was antagonized to the point where he left his team midway through the season. Davis Webb Womens Jersey . Offensive tackle Jonathan Martin left the Miami Dolphins last week after reportedly receiving constant harassment from teammate Richie Incognito. Incognito, a starting guard, was suspended indefinitely for conduct detrimental to the team for his interaction with Martin, a 2012 second-round pick from Stanford. Dolphins coaches reportedly asked Incognito, a nine-year veteran who is white, to toughen up Martin, who is bi-racial, after he missed a voluntary workout last spring. Incognito is accused of using a racial slur to describe Martin and also sending him threatening text messages. "What it really shows is bullying is a microcosm of society, that its in our daily lives," Clemons, the former Argos star player and coach whos now the CFL teams vice-chair, said in a telephone interview. "Bullying is often associated with kids but its full grown, its everywhere. "Its in the office, its on the playground. Everywhere we work, live and play bullying is present and the more we see it and understand it, I think the more capable we are of dealing with it." Incognito has made headlines before. He was suspended during his college career with Nebraska after getting into an altercation with a teammate, and also had legal issues while with the Cornhuskers. Incognito has also earned a reputation of being one of the NFLs dirtiest players and in 09 was released by the St. Louis Rams for undisciplined play. But in Miami, Incognito was voted by teammates to serve on the clubs player council. Bullying is a subject near and dear to the hearts of Clemons and the Argos. The CFL club has been involved in the Huddle Up Bullying Prevention Program for over a decade. Argos players and officials annually visit area schools to educate students about bullying, encourage them to stop doing it to one another and how to help those they see being bullied. And Clemons said bullying can take place in even the most simplest forms. "We do little things on a daily basis that bully people," Clemons said. "We lay on the horn when somebody is in traffic. "They cant control traffic, they cant do anything but were mad at the car in front of us. Or were in a hurry because we didnt leave ourselves enough time and so were mad at the car thats going the speed limit. We do this in our everyday lives but the key is most times we keep ourselves from going too far." The reality in sports -- especially the pro ranks -- is all players are subject to some form of rookie hazing or initiation. Football is no different, with first-year players often having to carry teammates helmets and shoulder pads after practice and being responsible for covering the cost of the veterans dinners. But the prospect of a six-foot-five, 312-pound All-American offensive lineman being bullied to the point of leaving his team to seek counselling is difficult to comprehend. "Once you break training camp, the guy is no longer a rookie, hes a part of your team," Clemons said. "There are places where it lasts lightly for that rookie year, they have to do little things like bring doughnuts when you have an early flight . . . but after that (rookie year) it stops." Despite his diminutive size, the five-foot-six, 170-pound Clemons said he was never the victim of bullying but was forced to deal with racism growing up. Clemons believes Martin took the right approach in handling his situation. "He took the absolute right route because he did what he thought was proper," Clemons said. "You can deal with the guy personally, and whos to say he didnt try? We dont know that. "You can take it to the organization or do what he did, which was walk out and when they followed up on it said "This was why I did what I did. In a school situation we always say you need to let someone in authority know." Clemons said while bullying is a very serious issue, hes hopeful lessons can be learned from this. "Many times we think of the kid being bullied is a kid that looks like me, tiny and diminutive," Clemons said. "This guy is a big dude . . . its not always the small guy. "Hopefully better things will be ahead because of this. Its hard to think of this process as being a good process but I believe it could have many good outcomes." Dalvin Tomlinson Giants Jersey . The club made the announcement Monday, when the team travelled from the Bay Area to Chicago for an interleague series with the White Sox. Carbonell resides in Merida, Mexico, and will report to Arizona once he has obtained a U.S. work visa, the team said. He receives a $1 million signing bonus and salaries of $100,000 annually in the minor leagues. If he is promoted to the majors, his salaries would be $500,000 this year, $525,000 next season, $600,000 in 2016 and $650,000 for 2017. The deal includes escalators that would bring his 2016 salary to $1 million with 500 or more plate appearances in 2015, and also $1 million for 2017 if he gets 500 or more plate appearances for 16. Dalvin Tomlinson Womens Jersey. He would receive performance bonuses of $50,000 each for 300, 350, 400 and 450 plate appearances, and $100,000 each for 500, 550 and 600 plate appearances. He could opt out of the remainder of the deal if he accumulates enough major league service time to become eligible for salary arbitration. The 23-year-old played for Camaguey in the Cuban Serie Nacional for four years, batting .287 (163 for 568) with nine homers, 70 RBIs, 119 runs, 28 doubles and four triples in 190 games. He hit .298 with five homers and 28 RBIs in 62 games his last season, 2012-2013. The key for San Francisco was signing Carbonell before July 2, making it count against the teams 2013-14 international signing pool rather than 2014-15. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

Barcelona had originally announced the deal on Friday and says it was officially signed on Monday. The Catalan club says Messi "was very motivated by the deal." The 26-year-old Messi will earn a reported $27 million per season with further incentives able to drive the deal up to $34 million per year until the contract ends in 2017-18 -- surpassing Cristiano Ronaldos deal with Real Madrid. Messi also has a buy-out clause of $343 million. Messis previous contract ran through the 2017-18 season and was worth a reported $22 million per season. Messis deal comes two days after Barcelona lost its Spanish league title to Atletico Madrid following a 1-1 draw between the teams at its Camp Nou Stadium. Tracy McGrady Team USA Jersey . -- Ricky Romeros comeback bid hit another road bump Tuesday in an ugly 18-4 Jays loss to a Detroit Tigers split squad. Paul George USA Jersey . Panuphol, ranked just 451st in the world, was a stroke ahead of a group of four golfers in second -- Scott Jamieson, David Lipsky, Kim Byung-jun and local favourite Quincy Quek. The tournament, a co-sanctioned European and Asian tour event formerly called the Ballantines Championship, was moved from South Korea to Singapore just three weeks ago after it lost its title sponsor and the promoter failed to reach an agreement with a suitable golf venue. Defending champion Brett Rumford of Australia was in joint-64th place after a 70, level with Frances Alexander Levy, who won his maiden European Tour title Sunday at the China Open. The 21-year-old Panuphol earned his best European Tour result late last year when he finished tied for 18th at the Hong Kong Open. But hes missed his last three cuts on the Asian Tour. "I didnt see it coming but it did come," he said of his 63 on Thursday. "Im feeling good about my game right now. I wwas just trying to hit straight out there. Paul George Team USA Jersey. I managed to hole a lot of putts and a lot of them were unexpected." Jamieson, who won his first European Tour title last year at the Nelson Mandela Championship in South Africa, also had nine birdies in his round, including a difficult chip shot from the bunker on the par-3 No. 17, his eighth hole. He had one bogey on the par-4 16th. "Ive been hitting the ball well the last couple of weeks, so it was nice to get a round where it all came together," he said. "There was just the one mistake with the three-putt on 16, but it was pretty far away and pace putting is always difficult in Asia with the grain. Its not what someone from Scotland is used to." Panuphols countryman, Arnond Vongvanij, was in a share of the lead at 9 under until taking a double bogey on No. 8, his 17th hole, to fall back to a share of sixth place on 65. Spains Rafa Cabrera-Bello, who has three top-10 finishes this year, was another shot back in a group at 6 under. Ty Ronning, Tim Traber and Jackson Houck built a 3-0 lead for the Giants (1-5-1) in the first period. Jared Rathjen stopped 38 shots in net. Blown save in the ninth inning? No problem.PINEHURST, N.C. -- Lucy Lis friends back in California have been filling her inbox with emails. Thats the only way they can reach her at the U.S. Womens Open. The 11-year-old is too young for a cellphone. "Theyre like, Oh, youre famous now," she said, laughing. Li made quite an impression at Pinehurst No. 2 -- even if she didnt make it to the weekend. The youngest qualifier in the history of the tournament mostly held her own at the Womens Open. For the second straight day, a couple of rough holes proved to be her undoing. Hurt by a double bogey and a triple bogey, Li shot her second straight 8-over 78. According to her caddie, this week was never about her score. "She was here for the experience and the opportunity to play with the best players in the world," caddie Bryan Bush said. "She proved that she can." Li was 22 strokes behind leader Michelle Wie and 19 behind Lexi Thompson, who both know about playing the Womens Open at a young age. Wies first was in 2003 when she was 13. In 2007, Thompson became the youngest to qualify at age 12 -- until Li supplanted her. "I hope shes havving a blast out there," Wie said. Derek Barnett Jersey. All eyes were on the pre-teen from the Bay Area who showed a beyond-her-years knack for bouncing back from mistakes and rough holes. She bounced back from her roughest hole -- the par-4 13th -- with one of her best. Lis tee shot on 13 landed in some thick weeds, and she missed the ball when she tried to punch it out. After a brief chat with USGA President Tom OToole, she took a drop and her shot from that rough ricocheted off the green and near the seating area. After she chipped to about 15 feet, she pushed that putt wide right and tapped in for her second triple bogey of the tournament. She came back strong: Li birdied the 14th -- her favourite moment of the tournament -- and closed her round with pars on three of her final four holes to match her opening-round score. "Im really happy with how I bounced back from the big numbers," Li said. Marlene Bauers place in tournament history as the youngest player to make the cut remained safe: She was 13 in 1947 in the second Womens Open before going on to become one of the founders of the LPGA Tour. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys ChinaCheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

MONTREAL -- For a second year in a row, the Montreal Alouettes will start the CFL season with a new head coach. Cheap Steelers Jerseys Authentic . Alouettes owner Bob Wetenhall announced Monday that Tom Higgins will be the clubs new head coach. The former Edmonton Eskimos and Calgary Stampeders bench boss replaces general manager Jim Popp, who took over on Aug. 1 when the inexperienced Dan Hawkins was fired only five games into the 2013 season. Wetenhall made it clear in a statement that he did not want Popp, who is considered one of the CFLs best GMs but has a career 16-20 record as a coach, to continue in both jobs. "As Ive expressed to the media in recent weeks, I wanted to continue with the formula which has brought us the success weve enjoyed these past 17 years -- having a full-time head coach and a full-time general manager to fill each of these positions," said Wetenhall. "The criteria we established was to find an individual familiar with the CFL; someone with success in that position and a background as a position coach. In addition, we sought an individual with a record for moulding and delivering championship teams. "In Toms seven years as a head coach he won three division championships along with a Grey Cup, and twice earned recognition as the CFLs coach of the year. His head coaching record of 72-53-1 speaks for itself. We welcome Tom to the Alouettes family." Popp had made no secret of wanting to continue coaching, but Wetenhall put out a statement recently saying candidates would be interviewed. A year ago, the Alouettes waited until Feb. 19 to name Hawkins, a former U.S. university coach with no experience of the Canadian game. He was 2-3 when he was fired with the team in disarray. Popp, the Alouettes GM since they returned to Montreal in 1996, took over as coach for the third time in his career and went 6-7. It marked only the second time since 1996 the team had a losing record, matching the 8-10 mark Popp put up in his only full season as head coach in 2007. It hurt that starting quarterback Anthony Calvillo was lost for the season in August to a concussion. This time, the team waited five days longer to name a new coach and came up with Higgins, who stepped down in December after five years as the CFLs director of officiating. Higgins did not even get introduced at a press conference. The club said "time constraints and personal obligations" prevented bringing him to Montreal for the announcement, but that he will talk to the media Tuesday on a conference call. He takes over a team that will not have CFL all-time passing leader Calvillo as its starter for the first time since 2000. Instead, 2006 Heisman Trophy winner Troy Smith and young prospect Tanner Marsh are pegged to replace the retired future Hall of Famer. Higgins, who will turn 60 on July 13, led the Eskimos to 13-5 records twice and won a Grey Cup in 2003 in his four years with the club. He had a 28-25 record in three seasons in Calgary from 2005 to 2007. "Tom has worked with and tutored many of the CFLs finest quarterbacks -- Doug Flutie, Henry Burris and Ricky Ray, to mention a few," said team president Mark Weightman. "His expertise will be invaluable in the development of Troy Smith and Tanner Marsh." Higgins has spent 23 years in various CFL jobs, including a stint as GM in Edmonton. A native of Woodbridge, N.J., and a former linebacker and defensive tackle, Higgins played for Calgary and Saskatchewan in the 1970s. Popp replaced Rod Rust as coach at the end of the 2001 season, but gave way for Don Matthews the following season. He stepped in again when Matthews left for health reasons in 2006. Marc Trestman, now coach of the Chicago Bears, coached the club from 2008-2012, winning two Grey Cups. Cheap Pittsburgh Steelers Jerseys .com Tour title, closing with a 6-under 64 for a four-stroke victory. The New York Rangers finally had a first-hand look in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup final, mounting an early assault before Los Angeles knocked them back to win 3-2 in overtime. Asked to compare the physicality of the well-drilled Kings to the three teams the Rangers have beaten in the playoffs to date, New York coach Alain Vigneault neatly summed up the challenge before the Blueshirts. "Philly was a physical team and they played on the edge," he said. "Pittsburgh played more of a skill game, but they also had quite a few players that played on the edge. Montreal was a real structured team. So they were three different opponents. "This one here is structured. Theyve got skill. Theyre physical. So makes it a pretty big challenge." You can add battle-hardened to that list. In the dog-eat-dog Western Conference, the Kings have come to the final the long way. They have had to run the gauntlet of San Jose, Anaheim and Chicago -- teams that finished 15, 20 and 11 points, respectively, ahead of New York in the regular season. And they did it without home-ice advantage. "Were a team thats just never going to go away," said Los Angeles forward Kyle Clifford. "Doesnt matter what the score is, were going to play our hardest and do what we do best." The Kings, who clawed their way back to dominate the second half of Wednesdays game, have already given the Rangers plenty to chew on. The New Yorkers, nestled in a five-star cubbyhole on the beach, had the day off Thursday to ponder the challenge. "To be able to be away from the game is a good thing, but at the same time I think if you ask every guy on our team, where were at mentally right now is were at the rink still," said forward Derek Stepan. "Guys are evaluating their own games, getting ready to make adjustments and get ourselves ready for Game 2." That comes Saturday, and Vigneault wasted little time challenging his players to up their game this time. "One thing is real evident to me, and it should be to our whole group, is were not going to beat this team if we do not all bring our A game," Vigneault said. "It is that strong of an opponent that were playing against. "We had Hank (goalie Henrik Lundqvist) that brought his A game last night. We had a couple guys. I dont want to name who, I think brought their A game. But our B game wont do it. Were not goingg to win if we bring our B game to the table. Taylor Moton Youth Jersey. "Theyre one of the best teams Ive seen in a long time. Areas to exploit, they dont jump out at you. Were going to have to be better than we were." Unlike in the Eastern Conference final series against Montreal, where Vigneault and Habs coach Michel Therrien poked and prodded each other verbally, Vigneault has been all business so far in the final. He seems to be staring at the Kings, like a career bank robber pondering how to take down a state-of-the-art safe. The Rangers coach says his team knew going into the series what was needed to win. "Its something that we discussed -- how good the opponent was. And thats a challenge. At this time of the year to win, you got to bring your A game. Thats each and every player. When we played Game 6 against Montreal, each and every player brought his A game. Its not an easy thing to do. But against this opponent, I do believe our expectations are to win, (weve) got to find a way to do it." Vigneault is no strangers to the challenge, having crossed paths with the Kings many times during his years as coach of the Canucks. "They were a good team in the years past," he said. "Theyre a real good team now. Theyve obviously got more experience. They play their game plan to a T and they dont deviate in any shape, way, or form so that makes it real challenging for the opposition." Captain Dustin Brown says part of the secret of the Kings success is their familiarity. "For our team, its just a result of us being together for a long time. I think that goes a longer ways than most people think," he said. "When it gets really hard, really tough, you know the guy next to you very well. You know what hes going to do in those types of situations." Worrying for the Rangers is the fact the Kings, who fell behind 2-0 in the first period only to rally and outshoot New York 20-3 in the third, can be better. Los Angeles coach Darryl Sutter acknowledged his team was sluggish following the quick turnaround from the gruelling series with Chicago. "Guys are not machines," he told a media availability at a hotel adjacent to their practice facility. "We can play a lot better," he added. "Its way better when youre not chasing the lead." Sutter did his bit to inject some life into his team, changing up the lines in the first period as soon as he saw some players did not have their legs under them. The Kings also had an off-day Thursday. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

NEWPORT, Wales - Joost Luiten overcame a shaky start to shoot a level-par 71 and hang on for a one-shot victory at the Wales Open on Sunday. Ethan Pocic Youth Jersey .Luiten opened with two straight bogeys but bounced back with three birdies on the back nine and then recovered from a poor tee shot on the 18th to make par for the victory. The Dutchman, who had led by two shots after the third round, finished with a 14-under total of 270.It was Luitens third European Tour victory and comes after he was overlooked as a captains pick for next weeks Ryder Cup in favour of Lee Westwood.I knew when the qualification ended I needed to play better so luckily Im in good form now, Luiten said. I just wish the team all the best and hopefully they can win.Englands Tommy Fleetwood (67) and Irelands Shane Lowry (7) shared second place. European Ryder Cup rookie Jamie Donaldson shot a 67 to share fourth place at 12-under par.In contrast, Westwood struggled over the final day with five bogeys on the front nine, and added a double bogey on the 14th before closing with two late birdies for a 76. He plummeted to a share of 60th place at 2 over.I needed to play some competitive golf and Ive done that, Westwood said. I hit a few good shots this week, not so good today, but I probably had one eye on next week. I dont think the concentration and the focus was there.Thomas Bjorn heads to his third Ryder Cup, and his first in 12 years as a player, after closing with a 74 and finishing just one shot ahead of Westwood. Its been a strange week, Bjorn said. I didnt play particularly well early on but played pretty well on the weekend, but didnt score that well with my putter letting me down. But if thats all I have to work on then thats pretty good for my concentration levels going into the Ryder Cup. Ethan Pocic Seahawks Jersey . After falling 5-0 on home ice in a game that could have tied them for second in the wild card standings, Washington head coach Adam Oates had some strong words for Capitals superstar Alex Ovechkin. Malik McDowell Youth Jersey . Among the six changes: Drivers are now eligible if they have competed for 30 or more years in NASCAR or turned 55 in the calendar year before nominating day. Previously, drivers were not eligible until they had been retired for three years, so drivers can continue to compete and still reach the hall.DALLAS -- Somebody had to win the matchup between struggling teams, and the Dallas Stars got the best of the Ottawa Senators. Trevor Daley and Jamie Benn scored third-period goals to help the Stars beat the Ottawa Senators 3-1 on Saturday. The Stars snapped a four-game losing streak (0-3-1) and sent the Senators to their sixth consecutive defeat (0-5-1), tying Ottawas longest skid this season. "Theyve answered almost every call this year," Stars coach Lindy Ruff said. "From the (six-game losing streak) in January to this little bit of a tough stretch. Weve just got to stay with it." Jordie Benn had two assists for the Stars. Cody Eakin had tied the game with a second-period goal. "This is just playoff hockey now the rest of the way," Ruff said. "Youre going to have to have the ability to come back. Youre going to need some big saves at crucial times." Kari Lehtonen did that after Erik Karlsson netted Ottawas goal just 3:27 into the game. Lehtonen made 26 saves in his second game since returning from a head injury sustained on March 11 in Dallas previous victory. The most important stop came after Eakins tying goal at 15:07 of the second. Ottawas Erik Condra took a shot from in front that Lehtonen stopped, but he and Condra ended up in the net. The play was ruled no goal. "I was able to make the save," Lehtonen said. "The puck was in front of my pads. He got pushed from behind, and he pushed me into the net. "It could have gone the other way too. It was good to see (the referee) was on top of the play, so I wasnt too worried about it." Lehtonen lost at Philadelphia on Thursday. "I felt good in Philadelphia. The result wasnt very good," Lehtonen said. "(Saturday) I got a couple of good bounces and a couple of posts, and the end result was good." Senators coach Paul MacLean said that teams create their own good fortune. "If you dont feel you have any puck luck, then youre not working hard enough on a day-to-day basis," he said. "You shouldnt expect a break or something to go your way unless youre out there doing the work." Daleys goal, following a brief power play, came after Senators goalie Robin Lehner stopped Colton Sceviiours shot. Delano Hill Youth Jersey. Dallas Ray Whitney retrieved the puck and passed it to Daley. Eakin also scored off a rebound. "It feels like its been a long time (10 games) for me," Eakin said. "It was nice to chip in and relieve that top line. We get momentum when we play four lines and everybody is creating opportunities and putting pucks on the net." Jamie Benn, part of that top line, reached 30 goals for the first time in his five NHL seasons. He took a pass from Tyler Seguin at the top of the left circle and fired a shot into the upper left corner of the net. Lehner made 39 saves against Dallas, which had a 42-27 shots advantage. The Senators goalie had allowed 19 goals in losing the previous four games. "I thought he came back, and I think thats really a good part of the learning experience for him after things didnt go his way," MacLean said. "I thought he came out and he really battled." Dallas outshot Ottawa 17-7 in the first period, but the Senators scored the only goal. Colin Greening made a pass from the top of the right circle to the high slot to Karlsson, who fired a shot past Lehtonen at 3:27. "We got the lead, but couldnt really follow through until the end there, and they had a couple of nice goals to finish it off," Karlsson said. "Unfortunately, just couldnt put the puck in the net." Dallas failed to score on three power plays in the second but the Stars broke through during 4-on-4 play with 4:53 left in the period. Lehner stopped Valeri Nichushkins attempt as he skated across the crease, but Eakin poked the rebound out from under the goalie to tie it. NOTES: C Shawn Horcoff returned for Dallas after missing four games because of a broken finger. LW Erik Coles streak of 269 consecutive games played ended because of an upper-body injury. He is day to day. ... Despite their recent struggles, the Stars are 6-1-1 in their last eight home games. They are 5-1 in games in which defenceman Daley has scored. ... Seguin extended his point streak to eight games (six goals, nine assists). ... Ottawa defenceman Karlsson has points in six consecutive games (two goals, six assists). ... Anaheim - The rolling Anaheim Ducks will shoot for a 13th win in 14 games when they host the Vancouver Canucks in Sundays Pacific Division battle at Honda Center.Brandon Ingram Lakers Jersey . Chris Higgins is out for the Canucks so newly-recalled Benn Ferriero will be in the lineup. The Canucks enter Sundays showdown on a three-game slide and Vancouvers last two setbacks have come in regulation, including Saturdays 3-1 loss in Los Angeles. Vancouver led 1-0 heading into the third period before the Kings scored three times in the final 20 minutes for the win. Jeff Carter scored twice for L.A. and he notched the game-winner with 7:55 left in the third after Dustin Brown tied it just 67 seconds into the period. Carter also added an empty-net goal to seal the victory. Ryan Kesler had the only goal of the game for the Canucks, while Roberto Luongo stopped 46 shots to take the tough-luck loss in his return to the lineup. Luongo had missed the previous three games with a lower-body injury. "In our division we are going to have to learn to battle hard, and it starts with our forwards, as far as the forecheck," said Vancouver head coach John Tortorella. "Our D was under siege all night long. If we are going to compete in our division in the second half of this year, we need to be more consistent." Vancouver is currently sitting fourth in the Pacific Division and now trails L.A. by three for third place. The Canucks will turn to Eddie Lack in net this evening. Lack has one career outing against the Ducks, as he took a loss after allowing two goals in Vancouvers 3-1 setback in Anaheim on Nov. 10. In addition to posting 12 wins in their last 13 outings overall, the Ducks, who lead the Pacific by seven points over San Jose, still havent suffered a regulation loss on home ice this season. Fridays 5-2 home victory against the Edmonton Oilers boosted Anaheims superb record as the host this season to 16-0-2. The Ducks are the only team in the NHL yet to lose in regulation at home in 2013-14. Ben Lovejoy was the unlikely offensive star in Fridays win against Edmonton, as the defenseman recorded the first two-goal game of his career in the win. Lovejoy has seven goals in 171 career games and three of them have come this season. The two-goal performance also came just three days after Lovejoys wife delivered the couples first child, a daughter, on New Years Eve. "Great feeling, great win," said Lovejoy. "It?s been an awesome couple of days, and I would love to keep it going. It was pretty special." Kyle Palmieri also notched a goal and an assist in Fridays victory. Tim Jackman and Andrew Cogliano added the other goals for the Ducks. Jonas Hiller needed to make only 16 saves for Anaheim, which outshot the Oilers by a commanding 37-18 margin on the night. The Ducks notched a win over a visiting Vancouver club on Nov. 10, taking the first of five meetings between the clubs by a 3-1 score. Anaheim has taken two straight and three of four overall from the Canucks, but Vancouver has won three of the past five encounters in Orange County. Larry Nance Jr. Jersey .
